Aurelia Cell Revitalise Day Moisturiser

Aurelia products are my new skincare crush. After being introduced to the lovely Revitalise & Glow serum on my last Space NK payday blitz, I was an easy convert to the Cell Revitalise Day Moisturiser when it was suggested as something which could be good for my currently troubled (combination-dehydrated-congested) skin.

The first thing that you notice about any Aurelia products is the utterly delicious smell (I cannot think of any product that smells quite this good, I hope they make a candle of the fragrance at some point!) – the moisturiser (as with the serum), includes essential oils of Jasmine, Plumeria, Tuberose and Mandarin. But while obviously a gorgeous scent is a bonus, it means nothing if the product itself doesn’t deliver… Luckily this one does – the cream at first feels as though it may be quite greasy, but within seconds it sinks in to leave soft, plumped skin and a great base for makeup.

Over a few weeks of use, I definitely think that this has made a difference to the slight inflammation my skin was treating me to previously – and my skin definitely feels softer (even more so than my usual beloved Clarins Multi-Active which I didn’t think I could be parted from). It really ticks every possible box – as well as being a product which smells amazing and works, it’s British, organic and probiotic – what’s not to love?!

I can definitely see myself starting to work through the Aurelia range – the Miracle Cleanser and Refine & Polish Miracle Balm are next on my list…
