Gifts for beauty lovers

I’ve been very lucky to have spent a bit of my time recently helping out at London’s Crafty Fox Markets – one of the best places to find some of the most gorgeous handmade products from ceramics to jewellery, illustration to knitwear. Among the ridiculous amounts of beautiful things I’ve seen there are a few which could make the perfect gift for any beauy lover (or just for yourself, if that beauty lover is you), a small selection of which I’ve featured here. There is still one more Crafty Fox market left this season – if you’re in London this Thursday evening then pop along to the fabulous Geffrye museum in Hoxton to shop with 70+ designers and makers, while sipping a mulled wine and listening to Christmas carols.

The bags. All of these can be used as makeup or clutch bags, how flexible of them!

We love all the designs from Rosa & Clara, but mostly the pineapples – who doesn’t love a pineapple?!

All the glitter from Pup Tart – ALL the glitter!

The one I gave in to and bought myself from Oywah (this style isn’t available, but lots of lovely alternatives are!)

The prints

Lipstick (waiting to be framed for my wall…) and perfume from Ros Shiers (also check out her site if you love dogs – her dog portraits are amazing!)

My final choice isn’t actually from a Crafty Fox trader, but from illustrator Marine De Quenetain whose work I spotted during the Crafty Fox hijack of London Illustration Fair – the pink ‘Barbie Shelf’ print is another currently waiting for me to give it a frame.

Bear in mind that all of these are handmade and shipped by the makers, so if you’re ordering for Christmas then check your order can arrive in time!
